SEASON 2 DISC 2.

i wouldn't say that today was a.. productive day, but more of a successful day. i think i'm officially hooked. i set my alarm to wake up on a day that i had absolutely nothing to do, just to start my sex and the city one woman party. so i finished watching the first season, and i'm halfway through the second season. besides that, i practiced drawing model figures and angles by doing a fun self motivated art project. it was refreshing to know that i still knew how to draw. i was beginning to lose hope. i thought that i lost my artistic touch, but i think i'm still in the game. i also sorted all my laundry, folded my clothes, paid my credit card, and painted my toe nails. apple red.

oh! and i know this is going to sound a bit silly but.. before you go to sleep tonight. sit on your driveway around the time you know your street calms down, and just listen to everything around you. tonight, i heard: crickets, frogs, laughing, footsteps, leaves, pebbles moving against the concrete, and the sound of my own breathing. it kind of makes you feel like the world is in slow motion except for you.
