ALONE TIME.

a 1 and a half hour drive back from san jose turned into a 4 hour drive last night. i should have expected it.. i mean cmon, who DOESN'T wanna spend the holidays in sacramento? it was bumper to bumper starting in fremont and ended on the ramp from 80 to 5. surprisingly it didn't bother me that much. all i could think about is that everyone else is going through this horrific traffic to be with people they love. and that thought really kept me sane through the drive. but anyway, i was supposed to be in sac by 5 so i could finish my last minute xmas shopping but i ended up stopping in vacaville instead. i came across a pleasant surprise.. hello kitty OUTLET? i spent a good hour and half there. the workers asked if i was japanese.. haha. i think it's the new haircut..

soooo today is christmas. my family is coming from across the earth to sac. my mom picked up some alcohol this morning, so i have no doubt in my mind that tonight will make up for the past few cruddy days. i can't wait.
